Cloontagh NS Board of Management

The new Board of Management of Cloontagh NS acknowledge the excellent work being done in the school. They expressed their appreciation of the former board, the non-teaching staff and the Parents for their commitment to and unfailing support of the work of the school. They complemented the teaching staff on their diligence and hard work in maintaining excellent standards in the school and for ensuring that the education being received by the children in Cloontagh NS is second to none. They were particularly impressed by the range of subjects and activities undertaken in the school. Not alone is there an emphasis on achieving excellence in literacy and numeracy but the children also get the opportunity to develop their skills in the areas of culture, art, music, dance, drama, sport, poetry, community awareness, environmental awareness and digital literacy. The Board looks forward to supporting the school fully as it continues its good work.
