Making scones and butter.

January and February saw the junior room learning about Bia in Irish and  procedural writing in English. This means we are learning about food, playing in our ‘restaurant’, and reading recipes. Of course, the best part about reading recipes is trying them out. In our first cookery session we made Spanish Omelette with lots of healthy vegetables. This week we made scones and we also made our own butter. The scones were delicious and our own butter tasted much better than anything that could be bought in a shop.
